Grace Inostroza, aged 26 years, was educated in the central area of Chile. Grace is an Engineer in Occupational and Environmental Risk Prevention at the Technical University of Federico Santa María, and has experience in the fishing industry, with private companies and with the Government Health Service (SEREMI de Salud, with a specific focus on control and compliance with laws focused on the basic conditions that every workplace must have). Grace’s profession has allowed her to notice more clearly how the gradual effects of climate change and environmental degradation around her affect the health of workers and their families. This has motivated her to consciously apply and disseminate measures to protect people’s health and reduce the negative effects caused by climate change.
