About the Climate Law and Governance Knowledge Centre

This platform is aimed at sharing ideas and supporting the development of law-making and institutional capacity support on global efforts to address climate change and implement the Paris Agreement. It focuses both on domestic, international, and non-state actor responses to the legal and institutional reform challenges posed by the realities of climate change.

The resources and articles featured across the CLGI Knowledge Centre is a selection based on the work of legal researchers at the Climate Law Governance Initiative, of some of the best open access online resources currently available. Houses links to leading open access articles from climate law and governance experts that provide a background on the existing regime and highlight innovative international legal responses relating to climate change.

It is also home to knowledge co-created under the initiative including the Climate Law and Governance Legal Working Paper Series.
