Become a partner or sponsor

The work of the Climate Law and Governance Initiative is guided by the efforts of its esteemed Programme Committee comprising leading international jurists, NGOs, universities and research institutions, law firms and associations, and party representatives. Each year the CLGI presents an international call for partnership proposals inviting parties, observers and other institutions to propose sponsorship, session hosting, and papers for presentation during the annual Climate Law and Governance Day alongside the UNFCCC. Interested partners and sponsors can also approach the CLGI for specific research opportunities in conjunction with our partner organisation, the Centre for International Sustainable Law. Proposals for sponsorship and Programme Committee membership will continue to be considered by the Programme Committee on a rolling basis, and can be emailed to climatelawgovernance@cisdl.org.

Take Part in Our Events

The CLGI Secretariat organises and coordinates knowledge sharing events alongside the UNFCCC processes and beyond each year. It’s flagship events include the annual Climate Law and Governance Day and a capacity building course alongside COP as well as roundtable discussions and symposia in preparation for the annual UNFCCC COP.
